OOSC Skiwear is a brand that has been built over the last 9 years by friends Nick and Aaron, now operating across the UK/EU, US, Canada and Australia. OOSC make their retro and unique ski-wear out of recycled plastic and have now brought out a swimwear range.

The Challenge

To develop a profitable omni-channel strategy to increase revenue month on month after stagnant growth, focusing on acquiring and increasing lifetime value.

The Solution

We integrated Paid Search, Paid Social and Email Campaigns based around high performing creative. Driving acquisition with Meta and Google and increasing the customer lifetime value and purchase frequency with Email and SMS. 

We ran Paid Social campaigns to test a tonne of creative, optimising around key metrics like CPC and CTR in order to drive high quality traffic - lowering their new customer CAC drastically.

We acquired new customers through Google by targeting high converting regions and demographics across US, UK, EU and AUS - using competitor traffic to steal market share. 

We’ve increased OOSC’s purchases by 3X.
