Our first step is to seamlessly onboard you. This involves granting access to desired marketing channels and obtaining key information about your business to drive the following stage. Working closely during this phase is essential and will determine future success.
Preparation
During this stage we’ll be auditing various aspects of your business, conducting market research and setting clear benchmarks to ensure successful campaigns. We’ll work with you on clear product focuses, while collecting and developing killer content to drive our campaigns.
Launch
All planning will now come together and our initial marketing campaigns will be built. Following completion, all previews will be sent to be signed off to ensure clarity on what’s being launched.
Management
& Optimisation
Live digital campaigns require ongoing management and daily optimisation. At Prospa, we use an extremely aggressive media buying strategy to combat the rapidly changing and volatile market. This allows us to optimise quickly while maintaining budget efficiency.
Communication
& Reporting
Two key pillars in any partnership as this allows us to maintain alignment and transparency. From our onboarding stage, you’ll have daily support from our team, bi-weekly strategy calls and ongoing reporting.
Workshops
As we approach that 90 day mark, our leadership team will host an in-person workshop for your team which focuses on current account performance and best practices for optimising various areas of your business; content creation, operations and other marketing channels.
Grow & Scale
Following our first 3 months of testing and optimising we’ll begin scaling stable areas to increase output. This may come within the 3 month period, however, we stick within this timeframe as standard to ensure we have enough data to confidently increase spends and accelerate your businesses growth.
