We stripped back the business and analysed the unit economics and quickly separated acquisition and retention funnels. We then set up wide reaching Paid Social campaigns that tested audiences, creative concepts and copy angles to find winning areas for each brand that Maison de Fashion stocks. We fed back on content strategy and worked to drive down first purchase profitability.
