We're looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join our collaborative Retention team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on campaign delivery and strategic input. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients, helping shape CRM activity while continuing to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work across a range of eCommerce brands, delivering engaging CRM campaigns that drive customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilties

  • Build and deliver email, SMS, and push campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Manage CRM calendars and support campaign planning.
  • Optimise automated customer lifecycle journeys.
  • Analyse campaign performance and share insights with clients.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years’ experience in CRM or retention marketing.
  • Experience managing email and SMS campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy and automation.
  • Experience using Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
